Overview of Delivery Services

JAMARI BEAUTY offers local and international shipping for customer orders. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are presented at checkout where applicable. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Local Delivery Terms

For orders delivered within Lebanon, the following shipping options apply:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–15 business days
  • Fast Delivery: 5–10 business days

Local delivery timelines begin from the date the order is confirmed and processed.

International Delivery Terms

For orders delivered outside Lebanon, including North America and other international destinations, the following shipping options apply:

North America (USA & Canada)

  • Standard Delivery: 5–15 business days
  • Fast Delivery: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 5–20 business days
  • Fast Delivery: 5–15 business days

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and courier operations.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Lebanon Standard: 5–15 business days
  • Lebanon Fast: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada Standard: 5–15 business days
  • USA & Canada Fast: 5–10 business days
  • International Standard: 5–20 business days
  • International Fast: 5–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are calculated in business days and do not include delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, force majeure events, or courier disruptions.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping / Courier Partners

JAMARI BEAUTY may use third-party courier and shipping partners to fulfill deliveries locally and internationally. The selection of courier partner may depend on destination, shipping method selected, and operational availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any related charges may be applied depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country.

The customer is 100% responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

JAMARI BEAUTY is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or related charges levied by the customs or tax authorities of the customer’s country.

If the customer refuses to pay such customs fees, duties, or taxes and the shipment is returned, any resulting return costs, shipping charges, penalties, or associated fees may be charged to the customer.

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery may be provided by the relevant courier or shipping partner upon successful delivery of the order.

Customers must keep any signed delivery confirmation, receipt, or proof of receipt as evidence that the order was delivered.

Condition of Goods on Receipt

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order promptly upon delivery.

If the package arrives damaged, opened, or in an unsatisfactory condition, the customer should report the issue as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials, shipping labels, and proof of delivery.

Any delivery-related issue should be reported within a reasonable time after receipt, together with the order number and supporting photos where applicable.
