Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At JAMARI BEAUTY, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, except where required by applicable law or in the rare case that a wrong or damaged item is received.

Refund Process and Timeline

As a general policy, refund requests are not accepted.
If an exception is approved by JAMARI BEAUTY due to an error on our side, the refund review process may take several business days after the claim is submitted and approved.

Refunds to Original Mode of Payment

If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be made to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank and payment provider.

Non-Refundable Services or Deposits

All purchases made through JAMARI BEAUTY are non-refundable.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and any other related charges are also non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Client

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Cancellation by the Company

JAMARI BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel any order in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

  • product unavailability
  • pricing errors
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • incomplete or incorrect customer information

If JAMARI BEAUTY cancels an order before shipment, the customer will be notified and, where applicable, any payment collected will be returned to the original method of payment.

Exchange or Rescheduling Policy

We do not offer exchanges unless the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof, including photos and the order number.

Late or No-Show Policy

Not applicable for physical product purchases.

Force Majeure Situations

JAMARI BEAUTY shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, shipping disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, or governmental restrictions.
